"We interviewed Dr. Bayer before my son was born and I was immediately sold! She is kind, caring, and exactly the type of doctor that you hope you will find if you're looking for an office that actually knows who you are. The first few months after my son was born I would text her after hours for help and she was always willing to help a new, confused mother. She is a breastfeeding expert so that was a huge plus at the beginning. We've since moved father away (like 35+ mins) but I refuse to change doctors. I will still drive a little farther to see her because we just adore her and her office experience. The office hours are more limited than something like a Palm Pediatrics, but they have other ways to get support and the trade off is that you get a team of Drs who actually care and get to know you. It is the little things too - love that she gives kids an age appropriate book at their annual check up! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!"

"This is the most amazing pediatrician office I have ever used. Moving from NY I had to search for a decent office and I was pleasantly surprised when I landed on Palm Pediatrics. Dr Bayer and Dr Carrion are some of the most compassionate humans I’ve ever met, their front desk staff Amanda, Melissa and Zack are so kind and so accommodating. Meekah and Priscilla are so kind to me and my children when giving vaccines and doing things my kids obviously do not love. Down to Natalie who does their billing and insurance! They all come together and make the best group of people to take care of my babies! I couldn’t say enough good things about them."

"Dr. Bayer is literally a gem. I went to Joe DiMaggio at 4am with the worse experience and no help. Dr. Bayer saw us that same day and addressed our concerns. Her team helped bring my sons 105 degree fever down and she guided me in the right direction and got his care under control. As a terrified mom, she helped guide me in the treatment direction, she addressed all my concerns, she looked deep to find out the problem and she handled him with warm gloves. Love her!"

"My twins have been going here ever since we moved to Broward County after we switch from a trial at another pediatric office and it was the best decision we made. All providers here take their time, and my 3 year olds actually get excited to go to the "doctor". Having the right pediatrician who you are comfortable with makes all the difference is a childs care. The office staff is very pleasant and always helpful as well. I am so grateful to be a part of such a kind and compassionate practice for my kids care."
