"I would leave negative stars if I could. Worst customer care! Left my 85 yr old mother in urine for over an hour. Surgery was postponed from 1 pm to 4 pm to 730 pm without any notification. No communication, nurses roll their eyes and one even said I will show you what nasty is! We had to get an attorney involved because they ignored medical surrogate papers. Don't send your loved ones here unless you want ignored and abused. They even tried to give her an IV bag full of antibiotic she is allergic to. Thankfully, we saw it and made them take it away. After the allergic reaction, they never wrote it in her chart. Genius!"

"This little hospital is a gem. I’ve been in and of this hospital with my husband for 4 months for different things. We’ve been on all four floors. Every nurse! has been kind and really good. Now we’re in critical care unit and the second day he went into cardiac arrest . You’ve never seen so many people come from everywhere to help. Our nurse jump on the bed started doing compressions until the crash cart got there. In a matter of 10 minutes they rolled him to cardiac lab and did a procedure through the vein in his wrist and blew open the artery that was clogged. Everyone was so kind to me helping not freak out. I want to give a shout out to our guardian angel nurse Julia who called the code blue and proceeded to give my husband chest compressions. Also nurse Chris and night took amazing care of him. They both were and are great at their jobs so are so many people who work here from the doctors to the food. On another note Emergency room needs more help nurses and doctors look over worked . Not that anyone complained. We had Lorena in the emergency room twice so kind and professional. Explained what meds were given and what was happening to my husband. Parking can also be tricky sometimes but all in allThis hospital is a diamond in the rough."

"My husband had a minor surgery here. When it was scheduled, I was nervous because of all the negative reviews and experiences shared here. My husband’s experience was great. He said that the care of doctors and nurses was excellent and he felt well cared for. He especially talked about a nurse who was holding his hand during the procedure and helped him get distracted from the discomfort ( he had local anesthesia). He said that the hospital was not new but well maintained and clean."

"I am extremely happy with the experience my family and I had at this hospital. From the nurses to the comfort and facilities everything is top notch. My father had surgery here and was out in 3 days. I couldn't be happier and thankful for the staff and professionals in this place. Thank you to Dr. Corallo and all the nurses who worked around the clock to make sure my dad had a successful surgery and speedy recovery."

"I went in for what I thought was a standard check up but end up being delivered in 6hrs by the wonderful staff. I know things got crazy but I kept very calm and Sophia, Nadine and Sara in Labor a Delivery staff showed me next level service and customer care and they took very good care of me during the last minute emergency. Dina and Mindy (my duo) were also wonderful and took care of me during recovery. They were very attentive and customer focused. The maternity division seemed to use the latest technology which makes new parents feel confident and safe. The hospital food options weren’t horribly bad either; all over good experience. I had a good experience and I will personally let these ladies know."
