"Super easy to schedule a convenient time for me . Got there 30 min early, but someone else had not shown up or cancelled so they took me right in. Minimal paperwork to fill out. Staff is very friendly and my ultrasound tech was also very friendly and efficient. Was in and out of there before you know it. Highly recommend this location."
"Drove for over 40 mins to this location based on availability. Courteous greeting smooth sign in considerate and experienced X ray techs. When I realized one of my prescriptions had been missed by my physician, Theresa (front desk) went above and beyond to help me get a new order sent and then executed. I will be driving there again as required, suggest you all consider doing the same."
"This was my first visit to the facility. Upon arriving at the facility I was impressed with how clean the waiting room was. The staff was very courteous and professional. They provided service in a manner that fosters excellent customer outcomes. The wait time from check in to the end of my appointment was about one hour, that was impressive. I would definitely recommend Akumin to my friends and family if needed."
"Very welcoming lobby, smelled good and it was clean. The process was quick and the ladies who work there were nice and polite. Didn’t necessarily enjoyed the mammogram, but that was to be expected. Overall, my experience was better than expected."
