"I scheduled an appointment and went in for help sending an international wire transfer and to replace my atm card with a debit card. I was helped by Huiming Lu and she was the nicest person to work with. She was very personable, helped me with my requests, and even answered a lot of my questions about credit cards/debit cards/savings accounts. She did not pressure me to open anything and genuinely wanted to help me understand because I just graduated and didn't know a lot. Thank You!"
"This is for Mrs. Shannon. What a sweet and outgoing woman she is. Helped me with ease and was talkative the whole time. My family and I were forced to move due to our rental being sold. Upon one of the many trips to get more of our belongings, I lost my wallet. My license all of my cards.... Gone. No proof of who I am not to mention...I had no cash. She was able to help me and in a dark situation she made it brighter not just because she could help but her personality was uplifting. She's a wonderful person❤️"
"Yesterday, I was blessed to be helped by, probably the best worker there, Holly G. . I was watching her before she came to assist me and she was dealing with another problem another customer was having and she was visibly upset about not being able to help her customer in a timely manner. She then came and greeted me, was respectful, explained her situation and went right to helping me. She answered all my questions, set me up with the best account for me, that THREE previous banks, COULD NOT beat. I loved her positive attitude, I truly feels she cares for her customers. She's really compassionate about her work. She deserves a raise, if not a promotion !"
