"People working at the print/copy station are terrible. The prints came out nice, but I wouldn’t recommend the service there unless people want to wait at the front of the line for 30 minutes while being ignored until the workers feel like taking their earbuds out and helping you."
"Office Depot was my cheaper alternative to UPS printing recently. The user interface in their website made it really easy to set my design with different custom settings like paper type and quality, quantity of copies, and front/back sided options. It gives you pricing depending on the options you choose which is nice to use when comparing different customers settings. Also, they had the order ready for pickup within the hour. And the quality was really nice! I made cardstock copies with front and back designs and it looks and feels just as I thought (and planned) it would."
"I had a rush copy job on a Saturday night. The self-service copier was not copying correctly (formatting issue) and even though there was a 24 hr wait for turnaround for counter copying, the young man helping me copied the job for me on the spot! This saved me a lot of time and effort. Sincere thanks to this employee. He cares!"
"I used to get all my photo printing done here. They had helpful print employees that could help start to finish and handle your project no matter how big or small. Now, like too many other businesses these days, they force you to use self-service machines that barely work and are not user-friendly. Not to mention, they wanted to charge me 4 dollars per photo to scan them. We need to stop letting big businesses get away with charging us more and then expecting us to do their employees' jobs."
"Been to this location about two times before but today was a great experience. It was 15 mins before closing so the photocopy center was packed. Skyler the manager immediately stepped to assist his team and was quickly to turn the rush to a quick visit. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and I could tell he had leadership skills by how he did his job and also the support that he offer his team. Skyler the manager is the example of a leader and great customer service. Thanks again."
