"The Company Is Full Of It Had This Insurance Since 2009 and Only Twice Came In Contact With A Agent Haven't Heard From Anyone In The Past Five Years and All Of A Sudden Receive A Letter Stating An Increase To My Insurance From $37.73 to$159.43 With No Warning or Reasons Why So After paying That Amount For 11yrs Almost And Increase Ove 100.00 Is Freaking Ridiculous.. You Can Keep It Seeking Legal Info Into This."
"I would NEVER do business with this office. two different agents on separate days have come to my door cold calling. I live in a No Soliciting neighborhood and I never reached out to Bankers for any info. The 1st agent said he preferred to come personally instead of calling. My wife told him to not call, not mail and not return. Today another agent showed up. Apparently they ignore signs or think rules don't apply to them. Bankers must be really hard up for business. I would be concerned about their financial stability. I called the local office this time to complain. Hopefully that works. I would give no stars if this site permitted"
