Walmart Pharmacy

"This afternoon I met both the Pharmacist Hoaithu Pham Tran and the pharmacy tech. (Wish I remembered your name!) I was looking for a specific item and he eagerly took me right to it. He knew exactly how to fid it and didn't hesitate and was very friendly. I took both the store brand and name brand and asked the Pharmacist which might be best for my particular issue. She smiled and left her task to come answer my question. She is a delight and was very thorough to give details on dosage and tips for my best outcome. Both of these two WalMart staff members made me feel valued. I worked in human resources for 40 years and would hire both of these two fine persons if I were to given the opportunity. ❤️"

"Worst experience ever! Moved here 1 week prior to needing tramadol filled. Pharmacist refused to fill even after speaking to my dr and getting my entire history. He would only prov 1 week supply stating I needed a Florida dr. This is virtually impossible to do in one week. I Had my out of state dr call the remaining script into another pharmacy with zero problems. Do not use these people. Very rude and do not have patient care in mind at all"

"Worst Pharmacy I've ever been to! Called in to confirm a prescription, gave all my information and was placed on hold for 20 minutes! When they picked back up someone different asked for all my information all over again! When we showed up the pharmacist said he couldn't fill the prescription. I asked if it was because I was out of state. He said no he couldn't find the doctor. I had my doctor call and still no luck. Also couldn't find insurance info. I had the doctor call a different pharmacy and they found the insurance and doctor immediately. Do WalMart pharmacists not need degrees like everywhere else? What a joke of a pharmacy stay away! I'd give zero stars if possible to match their competency level!"

"This is the worst pharmacy i have ever had to deal with. Every month i go through the same thing with my 2 kids prescriptions. They never have the medication and it has to be ordered and has taken weeks before they get it. They always say they can't tell you when they will have it in and won't even check with any other pharmacy to see if they have it. I have to disabled children you have to have their medication and even had to hospitalize my oldest child because she went 2 weeks without her medication because they kept telling me it would be in next day. I'm definitely done with them, I'll rely on another pharmacy because Wal-Mart has really become horrible and my child life more important"

"Have only used this pharmacy once over a year ago but it was overall a good experience. I had just gotten out of the emergency room and was very frustrated and not easy to deal with but the tech was really nice and very patient with me."
