""I had an incredibly negative experience with a pharmacy technician recently. I had been advised by my doctor to refill my prescription at this particular pharmacy, and I agreed. Yesterday, my prescription was supposed to be delivered to my house, so I called to check its status. The pharmacy technician I spoke to over the phone was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude. She insisted that my medication had been delivered and implied that I was making things up. When I assured her that I had not received anything, she became even more confrontational, practically accusing me of lying. To my disbelief, the medication arrived while I was still on the phone with her. I informed her that it had just arrived, and her response was to abruptly hang up, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. This experience left me deeply frustrated and disappointed with the level of service provided by this pharmacy.""
