"Whoever is your manager in the photo department at 11:12a needs to be retrained. He had me waiting for a fedex package that I needed to pick up for a very long time because he was helping a lady that had 15 items in front of me and they were looking one by one on the scanner machine then confirming she had them or not. Long process that I didn’t have to wait. Instead of taking my box so I can go my way. Luckily a younger staff member with curly hair came and helped me and apologized a million times because he had seen me waiting for a long time. Please give this younger guy the manager title. He knows what great customer satisfaction is."
"On this account I review places I visit with my service dog in training barbie. Clean accessible restrooms and potty patch for us outside. No complaints."
"Very poor service. I visited several times due to a mistake that an employee at the store made on a prescription. I was told that I needed to speak to the manager and to come back tomorrow. I finally spoke to the manager after waiting for over 30 minutes and was told they could not help because too much time had passed since the original visit (which was only a few days). I would not recommend this store. They do not correct the problems they cause."
"I'm officially old I get a freaking coupon that says come back within 5 days and spend $15 and you will get a credit of $5 towards your rewards but you can't freaking use that on that purchase you have to freaking come in again to use the $5 it told you to bring in within 5 days when did freaking coupons not become a freaking coupon"
