CVS Pharmacy

"I was contacted by text on 12-29-2023, 12-31-2023 and 01-01-2024 that my prescription was ready to be picked up at the store and listed the address. I had called the store on 12-30 after the first text and a party gave her name of Rebecca at 4:34pm and inquired on. She told me the 3-mo supply prescription is ready thru Humana at no cost. I inquired if I could pick up at the window due to walking difficulties and was told yes and window opens at 10am to 5pm, available until 01-12-2024! Today 1-3-2024 I went to the window and was told NO prescription was there for me under my name, dob. etc. I was and am confused and upset. The pharmacist came to window and looked up again and said last was October and was transferred. I said no that did not happen and I got the text and call to pick up. He said they don't do text and nobody knows of any call. I pulled out my phone and showed the text and also the phone number that I spoke to. At that moment I didn't have the person's name which now that I am home found the piece of paper I wrote on. He said noone there knows about the and call Dr again. I inquired of him being the pharmacist and that I had spoken to him directly when I was out of state mid Nov as was not returning until mid Dec due to a death in family and was looking to get 2 pills as forgot to bring extra.There was a cost and needed to be a month supply. I asked if med necessary and he said he couldnt say but not life threatening so I said nevermind, I'll wait until renewed by Humana as too much trouble to it filled and then transferred to a CVS in Maryland. He looked at me as if he recalled but said call my doctor and I need to leave the window. I said no one was behind me and I was upset and he shut the window. I am livid at being told was there and have the numerous texts and the info when called about. He told me to leave and he will place info to NEVER fill a prescription for me again. I did not cuss AT him at all. I did say he's lying as I can't believe CVS would lie in a text or phone call. I'm an easy going person that would not have left my home today other than to pick up the med which now is depleted."
