"I was told they could not price match their own online price of one of my items at this store, when I have been able to at other locations in the past. So I had to order online, to pick up at the same location and see how they had to have a worker walk all over the store for all the variety of items I had taking them over one hour to have my order ready. For me to save $8.99. I then cancelled the order and went to Target where they price match the item from the CVS website. Logistics sucks."
"I was unable to go in to get my medication due to medical issues, I told them to deliver my medication to my house, and magically the drive thru worked and they were able to give me my items. Now here is the thing, the workers here work incredibly hard. The last few times I went to pick up my medication, this sign has been up. The drive thru works fine, they just have SO many prescriptions and not enough people working. If it wasn’t for a medical reason, I would have just went in and waited in the long line for 30+ minutes like I always do. They need to hire someone just for drive thru because not everyone can go inside. Due to my medical needs, I chose this location because of the drive thru. I’m going to see if I can switch to a different CVS that can accommodate me. But again it is NOT the workers fault. It’s the higher ups that don’t staff enough people and allow the amount of bags they have just sit around."
