"I went in store Wednesday afternoon for a shoe that was online unfortunately it wasn’t in store so they gave me an option to order and have them ship to me. I told them I needed them by Saturday and ask if there an overnight shipping option. They told me Yes. I agreed and paid for the overnight shipping. Here it is Friday and the tracking is still on “pre shipment” meaning they created the label and still haven’t shipped them. What’s the point of paying extra for a service this company is clearly incapable of providing!"

"Experience was very good. Aside from the store only having 2 employees working the floor on a busy weekend before the holiday the service was great. The young man working the floor was being pulled in so many different directions and was still able to take care of all of us and hop on the register after and clear the line. The two young men working that day were amazing and the checkout process was also easy."

"I got really good customer service. I was doing a return for a different size and unfortunately they didn’t have the size I needed but they right away offered an even exchange by ordering it online with free shipping. I wish they carried more footwear and sizes in store but I’m happy with the service I received!"

"Love crushed Jordan’s? then this is the place for you!! Updated: After reaching out to corporate they "escalated the situation". So I get to keep the crushed jordans as they can't be returned due to the damage... the damage caused by HIbbett!! Might as well just go to Foot Locker or Champs. This place has to have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Quite frankly I wouldn’t even let my dog eat a shoe from here. The manager is a clown who probably was promoted solely because he was the only one there. I purchased a pair of Jordan’s online for in store pick up. When I picked them up the entire right side of the box was crushed. I kindly asked for another box, but that request was met with, well all the boxes are crushed, according to their policy that would be damaged goods, but they sold them anyways. When I went back in and asked a second time I was met with “what would you like me to do, the next store is a few hours away so you can try there.” That was their solution."

"Have to save very disappointed with my experience. I went to 3 stores that the website said had shoes I was looking for only to be told no we don’t have those . Then finally the last store I went to told me oh yea the website is wrong. You have to download the app . Come on Hibbett gotta do better. I spent half what I paid for shoes just in gas getting around the city ."
