"Never ever ever answer the phone in pharmacy. Had to wait 2 days for a prescription I take twice daily and was completely out by the time I received my prescription. I went and waited in the pharmacy to expedite my prescription. Gentleman working was rude and unsympathetic. Maybe some decent employees would help . Does corporate even care?"

"Why have a phone number if you are NEVER GOING TO ANSWER IT?!?! I'm trying to avoid having to go to the pharmacy to see if a prescription was received, but I've been calling for three days in a row to no avail. I even called the front of the store and was told I'd be transferred personally. Unbelievable! The pharmacists and staff are always great, but this is ridiculous."

"As a prescriber I had the worse experience calling this pharmacy. I was placed on hold for 30 minutes and then they hung up on me 3 times. Very poor customer service"

"Sonny is the most amazing human ever. I have spent the day on the biggest search for the girl elf for my little and it had been near impossible. Cvs was my 5th stop and i was running out of time. This beautiful human being looked at the item I was looking for, went to the back and searched. The amount of time she took alone tells me she searched through all the boxes and she came out triumphantly. And that was the best surprise in conclusion I could come up with. Thank you so much for seeing a mothers desperation and stepping up in such a BIG way. You are a Hero to A little seven year old girl who didn't know her Elf was lost."

"I had to wait in this location while my husband was seen by the Minute Clinic. I want to say up front that I’m not reviewing those ladies. They were nice and took care of my husband just fine. But since we were there for so long, I had to use the restroom. It’s marked well so I found it no problem, but the door was locked so assumed someone was in there and I waited. I waiting long enough to consider that they may keep them locked, but a lady came out of the ladies room so I again just assumed someone was in there. After waiting long enough to be worried about having an accident, I decided to try ladies room door since I hadn’t seen anyone come out of there. It was locked too. So I asked the cashier who was happy to unlock it for me. I was super surprised to see that it’s not a single stall but a full public bathroom kept locked. First I hate when places keep the bathroom locked. It feels super hostile. And then the fact that it’s a full on multi stall room and they keep it locked seems extra. And I suppose l can accept that they have a reason, but why not a sign telling people to see an associate for the restrooms. There an enormous sign pointing you to the bathrooms and then they’re locked when you get there with no sign. Beyond the bathrooms, the place is dirty. Not unorganized, not messy like the employees should be doing more, just dirty and old. All the tablets at the Minute Clinic were broken, and the one table in the area was dirty, broken, and had a huge sign asking people not to charge their phone on a table clearly meant for that purpose. Finally, they have the temperature so high that I was sweating bullets just sitting in the waiting area. It was so hot that when the nurse opened the exam room door to let my husband talk to me, she eventually had to shut it and I could see she was also getting uncomfortably hot. Just so gross. I’ve been to many CVS stores, and am thankful there are others in the area because I won’t be back."
