"I have been going with my grandma for the early dementia trial. The staff and the Dr are very helpful. They explained the trial to me and my grandma and explained to us the consent form and how the trial is designed. To deal with dementia patient is hard and the staff is very gentle with blood draws and questionnaires. they are patient towards my grandma. They are professionals and know how to treat patient with kindness and empathy."

"This clinical research facility is a good one. It is a smaller facility and the staff takes the time to get to know your name and your face- they always remember who I am. I have met the principal investigator who is very friendly and welcoming and took the time to ask me how I was doing and how the treatment was working out for me. The medical personnel is efficient at what they do. They work fast and none of my treatments have ever caused me any undue discomfort. You can tell they are pros at their trade. Their payments are prompt and I have never had any issues with that. I would highly recommend this place if you would like to be enrolled in any GI studies."

"I've been going to IHS health research for about 5 months now and each appointment has been handled on time something that is rare in the medical field also the staff has been completely 100% professional efficient friendly have never had a bad experience with any of them. They all act in a very professional manner they all visit each time that I go in they're friendly , I've never seen any of them in a bad mood or acting in an unprofessional way. I have blood drawn each and every time that I go in I get an injection almost each time and not once have I felt any pain someone inserting the needle whether to draw blood or to give me my injection. Again like I said the staff is very friendly very professional and it's something that I look for when going to anyone in the medical field ."
