"My child loves this school. From the begining they have made her feel welcomed. The staff is great. Always with a smile on ther face. The cost is great. The food is nutritious and the snacks too. They open very early. My kid loves her teacher and friends."

"This daycare has gone downhill since Francesca left. I’ve dropped my child off the VPK multiple times and there have been teachers yelling at students. I never know what classroom my child will be in at pick up or what teacher she will be with. Monday (11/27) at pick up there was a teacher holding a completely naked toddler on her hip outside at 5pm when it was 60ish degrees. No effort or rush to dress this child. Two other teachers stood there laughing about this poor girl. When I spoke with the director, Darlene, the next morning her tone was accusatory and she did not seem as concerned as she should’ve been. My nephew unfortunately goes to this facility as well. My brother in law has been stopped multiple times by teachers complaining they don’t make enough money working there. I’m not sure what Darlene is doing but her staff clearly isn’t happy with her as well. The facility always smells dirty as well. At no point have I walked in and thought ‘it smells freshly cleaned in here.’ As a parent, it is concerning the level of neglect going on at this facility. If you have other options, do not send your children here. I also elevated my complaints to the district manager, Kelly Aleknavich, who did not seem concerned about anything going on at this facility."

"I want to start off by saying that I am very pleased with La Petite Academy. My grandbaby has been attending this school since she was a baby and I must say the staff and teh facility ahs been highly professional and caring. My baby has learned so much. She is in the pre school stage already and I must reaffirm she loves her teachers and all staff. I can just go on and on statring with Mrs Ortiz, Ms. Vero is one of her most favorites she just loves her to death. Ms. Khaleya she just loves her and I can just keep going and naming teachers. The entire staff is just amazing and very professional and let me not forget to mention Mrs Lery a wonderful leader here at the school."

"Alice Road, Kissimmee. Drove up to see a caregiver sitting with babies outside in the blazing heat in July, not even watching them. She was sitting down on a structure and couldn't see some of the tiny babies behind her. My daughter in law had an appt. Took time off of work as did I. Was not let in the door. It was dirty at the front door and we were told no tour today sorry. No new appt, nothing. RED FLAGS ALL AROUND!"
