"This school has given me and my daughter a very hard time, they went from losing a great teacher she started with who was understanding to giving my daughter a teacher that wanted me to come in every week. I work all week unfortunately i can not come in to speak on behavior when she has been doing 80% of misbehavior only during school hours. They need more caring professional staff who can handle a child in kindergarden who gets only 30 minutes of play 8 subjects a day yet still passed her classes reguardless of behavior flare-ups and still graduated. That is a lot of work to put on a child that did get to go to pre-k because I had no time money or help to get her there the year prior."

"Terrible communication skills between all staff. Front desk personnel are condescending and rude with a friendly tone. You can't get in touch with the principal. Staff says shes in training or had a medical emergency. I've been trying to speak with her since September it's now April. Worst school I have ever dealt with. I've been invited for one family conference and the focus was for me to sign a paper than discuss my childs progress. I cant wait to send her to another school."

"Some teachers are amazing! The administration is bad, they will lie to your face to cover their behind. I had a situation with my youngest, she was being bullied by a classmate and her teacher. They were giving me a hard time to change my daughter from the classroom.Nothing was being done until i called district. Then they change her and after all the calls to district i never heard a single word from the principal it was everyone else but her she was always to “busy” to even give me a minute of her time. One time i went and one of the ladies from the front office told me that the principal had a “family emergency” that I can talk to her secretary than the secretary tells me that the principal was in meetings in district. Its little lies like this that make a parent mad! With the teacher that was bullying my daughter, she had bad grades and now she has great grades!! If they change the whole administration i believe the school would be amazing!! Cant wait until this school year is over so i can take me children out of this school!!"

"WONDERFUL school. My daughter and I moved to Florida in 2016 from Puerto Rico, my daughter does NOT speak SPANISH so her adjustment honestly wasn't an issue, but she unfortunately went to another school that was NOT up to our standards, from a straight A student she barely passed 2nd grade. My daughter has some special needs that the teachers in her old school couldn't understand! I had asked for a phone meeting and at the end of the first semester, NEVER got it. THANKFULLY I moved to another school zone where Sunrise is my daughter's school and oh my goodness the difference is insanely good! My daughter's grades sky rocketed, the teacher responds to any concerns immediately and, the school? You can just feel that they truly care about the child's needs. The teacher agreed with my concerns, took them seriously despite my young age and is working with my daughter :) Amazing school! We're in the process of moving again and refuse to move out of the school zone JUST for this school!"
