"Nate was super nice when he did my MRI… he knew how nervous I was and he got me to be a bit more calm. Also, there was a super nice woman at the front desk… I don’t know her name but she had a pretty pink flower in her hair and she went over and above to check and call my insurance company for me as far as mri copay. Wish I knew her name. (She was African American)"
"Nate was tech for nearly closed mRI of thyroid. I don’t handle closed spaces well. He made the experience much less difficult than another facility did for the same exam. I had been dreading this exam for weeks and today’s exam was so much better than the original one at the other place."
