"We had a great experience at Bowes. I had to bring my mom in for a CAT scan. Everyone seemed friendly enough to mom, but Lacey was the most helpful. We had an insurance issue that she really helped with and explained. We have to schedule another CAT scan and we will definitely be going here. Great facility!"

"Pre-appointment review: we are IMPRESSED! Every medical facility has to check your insurance before your appointment. What Bowes Imaging Center has that others don't is Lacey W in the insurance department! Our ins carrier has a lot of new people answering the 800 number and Bowes received bad data on our co-pay. When I called Bowes to explain our coverage, I was ready for a hassle, but nope! Bowes has a *professional* in the office -- Lacey was kind, listened, and gave me credit for knowing our coverage. We will go to the appointment tomorrow with a fantastic first impression of Bowes Imaging Center -- thanks to her commonsense approach to us, the customer. Thanks, Lacey!"
