"Great visit to Quest this morning. My phlebotomist, Brynisha P., was both friendly and talented. I barely felt that needle in my arm -- which is welcome when you are getting a lot of blood drawn. Really good experience. Thanks Brynisha!"

"I am on the standby list. Told I may have to wait 30-60 minutes. Been here for over 2 hours, and I’ve been moved from #3, to #4, back to #3, & now #5. When I asked, these techs are so nasty, I was just told to have a seat. They can’t help me. This place is horrible. I must get my test done today, and can’t get an appointment anywhere else."

"Genuinely one of the most confusing, ridiculous experiences. I tried 3 times to get my blood drawn here, with nurses here telling me that they didn’t have the bloodwork order in their system, my dr office sending it to them multiple times, then an employee here gave me the wrong fax number… impossible to talk to anyone as there’s no receptionist and check in is automated. Once I had my name called and the nurse had an extremely thick accent and mispronounced my name so bad I didn’t know she was calling me, and since there’s no one to ask clarification from, I had to wait until another patient came out to sneak in the back and ask someone myself. Extremely confusing and absolutely no help at all if you encounter issues. Not even support on the phone, it’s all automated and to talk to an actual person you have to call the quest company number. I am young and have grown up using technology but I can’t imagine how confusing this is to those who haven’t."

"I came on the right day, because everyone inside was super friendly and kind, and the whole process was easy! I'm so grateful Sophia was my phlebotomist, as she was helpful in keeping me calm and she kept things as pain-free as possible. I will request her next time if that is an option! The check-in kiosk in the waiting room can be confusing, especially if you are visually impaired, so I recommend bringing reading glasses if you use them. If you bring your ID and insurance card, the kiosk can actually just scan it for you. You never know how long the wait will be if you don't have an appointment, so I'd recommend bringing something to do and making sure your phone is charged. I had an appointment and only waited 5min, but my husband has gone without an appointment before and had to wait over an hour. I recommend making an appointment, if possible, but if not, "pack your patience." Overall, the experience I had today was positive--about as good as I could hope for when someone is drawing my blood. Update: Tessa is awesome, too! I arrived 2min before my appointment and checked in via the link they texted me. I was called back 1min after my appointment time. Tessa got it right on the first poke, and I had a total of around 10sec of needle time (great because I really hate needles). I was out of there by 3min after my appointment time. Can't recommend scheduling online enough."

"I had an appointment at Quest online, arrived on time, but the person assisting me Sophia couldn't find my order that was sent last month. I asked her to wait outside and request a faxed resend from the clinic. The clinic sent it immediately, but she claimed it would take time. I went to a nearby clinic, brought the order, showed it, and she said she'd call me but ignored me. I spoke to someone who seemed like a supervisor after waiting for an hour. She said she'd see what she could do but didn't do anything. The person who initially suggested waiting came out again, told me to join the waiting list. Patient care here is terrible. I've been waiting for two hours and I got the call for her with my new appointment I told her how disappointed I was with the wait, and she suggested to wait for another team member She didn’t keep my appointment and other go in before me, until speak up. I’m still waiting after my second appointment for today. I need to dine my test, but they don’t really care!!!"
