"Not impressed. My procedure went OK, but when I experienced a common reaction - PSES (Post Splenic Embolization Syndrome), Dr. King seemed baffled by my symptoms! I wasn't given ANY pain meds for 6 HOURS later when I was finally admitted. There was ZERO follow up from the office after that. I had to be "assigned" to a random doc for discharge. Then, I got a rude staff person when I called about having a follow up CT scan get cancelled less than 24 hours in advance because this office never submitted for approval from my insurance company. I will take my business elsewhere."

"This place is absolute trash. I was referred to them by my urologist for a surgery I need. When I showed up to my 1:00 appointment the door was locked. Fifteen minutes later they showed up with their doggy bags from lunch in hand. I asked the receptionist how much the visit was going to cost because I was paying out of pocket. She said she didn't know. When I left I was ready to pay but she told me they don't charge for a consultation. Four months later I got a bill for $1347. I called the billing department which is actually just a foreign call center. This is a huge red flag to me. The 2nd red flag is that option 1 from the automated message at the billing department says "If you are a lawyer press 2" which tells me that lawyers are calling them so often they have a special option for them. For a whole week, I was stressed about this $1347 bill and no one returned my calls from the Dr.'s office. When I finally got through to them they told me someone had contacted me "I have the email right here that says so." Well, they don't exactly have a stellar track record for passing on accurate information. No one ever contacted me. The bottom line is this place is a clown show. I wouldn't trust them to pull a hangnail from my finger let alone do surgery on me."

I was referred to him, and he recommended radioembolization for my condition which he did at Sarasota Memorial Radiology in two treatment procedures. He is an asset to Sarasota Memorial Hospital, and from my experience I recommend him wholeheartedly."

"I found the staff and nurses to be friendly immediately upon my arrival. Nurse was very knowledgeable and explained what I should expect, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Dr. Lee added even more information and spoke to my like a caring friend would. I feel like I am in the best possible hands having my procedure. P.S. when I called his office to get direction on setting up chemo while in Sarasota, Dr. Lee personally got on the phone and spent a good 15 minutes explaining my options."
