When asked to lay on the table it was almost impossible to get there. Peggy worked her magic and let me tell you when she asked me to get up I was skeptical at best but holy cow. "I went to see Peggy for treatment of shoulder, hip & knee pain. I was very concerned as I was in a lot of pain and had never seen a physical therapist before. But Peggy is a great listener and I felt very comfortable with her right away. Her initial assessment was very thorough. Peggy saw my body as a whole rather than as an assemblage of individual parts, which guided the exercises she prescribed. The first exercises were gentle and as I got stronger, they gradiently increased in number and intensity. They were actually quite enjoyable, which was not something I was expecting!
