"Took me in without an appointment even though they were busy. I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes. Mary checked me in and Windy did my xrays. "Editing this review to include thoughts about the facility itself. It's clear the staff are trained and there are procedures in place for patient care and comfort during what can be a frightening and vulnerable time (modesty, blankets if you're cold, etc). I appreciated that. The scheduling thing was a pain. The staff themselves at the clinic itself are very nice and the policy thing wasn't their fault or under their control. I did pass my complaint up through administrative channels where it was more appropriate, to hopefully prevent this to happening from someone else. -- Patients beware. Make sure you have a diagnostic mammogram scheduled to go with your ultrasound, if you're getting an ultrasound performed. This facility waited until I got up at 5 AM, drove to the office, and was sitting in a gown to inform me of this, and then refused to do my exam. They managed somehow not to communicate this policy to me or to my general practitioner until I was sitting there in the office, which is asinine. The staff seem nice (and are not responsible for setting this policy, so it's not their fault). If I had a way to complain directly to the administrators who make these stupid policies, I would."
"The service was excellent. I had an 11: 00 a.m. appointment and I arrived 20 minutes early. We completed the paperwork very quickly. The person who did my scan took me 5/6 minutes early and it was very quick too. I was back at home by 11:09. I really appreciated the fast service!"
