"Jessie was the young lady that took my blood samples . She was amazing! Did not feel a thing ! I had a 2:30 appointment walked in sat down and was taken back immediately! The whole visit took less than 5 minutes literally!!"
"Bad service. Went there at 7:15am and since couldn't get an appointment was on standby. I am my wife were first in the line. The first opportunity came at 7:45am as there were no appointments until 8am but the team delayed and did not see anyone. Not sure if they were on break. Same thing happened 8:40am and for next 20 mins no body was inside but the team did not take anyone. When we asked they said there could be another hour of wait. We had to leave even though we were in the 1st in the waiting list for more than an hour. Really bad experience. I have been to other locations and this was the first time here. Never had this kind of bad experience. Hope they can improve."
"I had a fasting script from my doctor. Kiosk with no person in the waiting area. I signed in on their kiosk and ended up waiting for 2 whole hours. During that time, I witnessed 1 lady come in and out 3x and I saw 2 other people come in and out each of them 2x. I remind you I was fasting and a diabetic who hadn't taken any of my meds for blood work, already noon and I could feel my sugar going down. I had to pound on the door after 2 hours to make sure they knew I'm diabetic and could pass out any moment with several witnesses in the waiting room. Miraculously after 5 minutes, they called my name and I was able to get my blood drawn. Not going here again."
