"The staff is respectful and there's a friendly atmosphere overall. They accommodate to the customer, and answer any inquiry you might have. You can set up an appointment or walk-in, which is great for me. I do walk-ins a lot and there is no wait time and they call me right away when my dog is done getting groomed. If they're super busy, they let you know and give you a time frame, so that you know how long it might be. Great experience for me and my dog looks great at the end of the day."
