"I called ahead to seenig they had a specific type of very common fish. They told me yes. I drove all the way over there just to find out that they didn't. The water of their fish tank also looks cloudy. I wouldn't trust getting fish from them."
"The smell is horrid. The cages are dirty. Purchased a bird here and it died a little after 24 hours. I phone the gentleman who sold it to me, didn’t even ask for a refund, simply told him the bird died, and immediately he was on the defensive. He told me I must have pinched the birds throat. Which I didn’t because the bird was eating on his own out of my palm. He then said I must have dropped him, also which I didn’t. I then asked if I could please return the cage and stand because I had no use for it. He said no, and that I was made aware of their no return policy. He never mentioned the policy to me. I should have know better from the smell and the dust on the items. To make things worse I paid cash. If I would have paid with a card I would definitely hav declines payment to them. But be warned: don’t purchase birds here. What horrible business practices. He also claimed he wasn’t the owner, but then slipped and said his brother and him had owned it for 25 years. His name is Willie."
