Dillard's: Wiregrass

"I enjoyed my shopping experience there at the Dillards store. Thanks to these super stars, Bayan in fragrance, who told me about the sunglasses promotion going on in the store she also mentioned Estee promotion in cosmetic. When zi got over to the sunglasses I tried on the Gucci designer sunglasses and was unable to take them off, so I purchased them and she assisted with opening a Dillards account as well. Two other rock stars jumped in to help with the transaction, Selaia Loretto and Laura Shiffletta. Also want to shout out Debbie for her help in finding a beautiful bath robe which I absolutely love.."

"The plus size section was super great but it had a small section with potential and possible church attire. We didn't find any ballroom dresses in a size 16 or 18 that was age appropriate. So we didn't buy anything."

"Joyce at the Clinique counter was genuinely the most fun I’ve ever had going in to pick up some facial scrub! She had great advice on how to personally zhuzh up out makeup (she demonstrated on my mom and I got to learn some valuable information!) She really went above and beyond to make us feel special to the point that we got to have such a nice conversation with her. I definitely recommend stopping by the Clinique counter and talking to her because she’s so kind and so, so funny! I definitely hope to see her again the next time I stop in!"

"REBECCA the women’s MANAGER is the most disrespectful lady I’ve ever spoken to. She was unhelpful and just wanted a sale. I bought a dress from them along with two other dresses right before my trip to wear for a wedding and I decided not to wear the one I wanted to return. I went into store to return with tags on not touched and Rebecca refused to return the dress. I’ve worked at Dillards for two and a a half years and I’ll tell you they will do anything to not return an item, even if we knew you didn’t touch the clothing piece. I knew what she was doing and I only knew from experience of how the store use to teach us to never return. She was very dismissive and rude about the situation and when I told her I previously worked at a Dillards and knew what she was doing she tried ending the conversation. When I told her I wanted to speak to store manager she wasn’t helpful. She knew that would get her into bigger trouble. DILLARDS IS A SCAM. It always has been they love the money they don’t care for the customers. Hell even the employees they didn’t care for. Once again REBECCA who is obviously knew to this location with not much customer service experience was disgustingly rude to a CUSTOMER. Which is the crazy part. REBECCA I hope you read this and take into consideration with how you treat a customer."
