"From our sales person,Tyler Harman, to the stabilization crew of Scott and Rowan, I am so pleased with the outcome. They were able to straighten an entry column that was struck by a truck and pushed over at an angle. Since there is a gate attached, it was very important to straighten the column back to its original position. Scott and Rowan dug down through the mud and placed a jack beneath the column and raised up one side to a perfectly level position. They then injected foam around the jack and void beneath the column to hold everything tight. Once the foam hardened, they injected more foam on the other side deep below the column for extra stability. I’m very impressed with the communication, professionalism, and cleanliness of the project. I was informed via text and phone call for scheduling as well so I always knew what was going on."

"LRE did a great job fixing my pier-and-beam-type foundation. In the crawlspace, which was almost filled up with sand and roots, the central girder supporting the floor joists had dropped 3 inches in places and was close to failure due to ground contact, rot, and old termite damage. LRE replaced the girder and supported the new girder with 2x2x2 poured concrete blocks, piers, and smart jacks. The quality of the work looks very good, and our floor is very close to level for the first time since we bought the house, and much more solid feeling to walk on. We are no longer fearful of the house continuing to sink. I believe we are safe and stabilized for years now, and our old house built in 1950 has a new lease on life. LRE is one of only two foundation-repair companies of the many I called that will do excavation to gain sufficient clearance to do the work. The other, Ram Jack, had a slightly higher bid, and may have been a good choice too. Alpha Foundations told me I had to do my own excavation before it would work on my house. The amount of excavation necessary was considerable because poor drainage around my house had caused the ground level under the house to rise by a foot or more over the years. The workers were very friendly, and in my estimation highly experienced and qualified to do this very difficult and dirty job.
