"My husband and I met with Kyle at Ambry Design. He was nice enough, but we are dismayed and disappointed that he never adhered to our budget in estimating the project. Each time we received a proposal, it increased by a signicant amount with extraordinary pricing for plumbing & electrical work vs cabinets & materials. We paid $2,000 for the company to provide an estimate based on our stated budget. However, after the company received our $2,000, Kyle consistently came back with signicantly higher estimates, not based on our stated budget. This is very deceptive. Therefore, we are demanding to receive our hard earned $2,000 refunded back to us."

It was a flawless and professional process beginning with the Design Consultant, Dave Cousineau and ending with the installer, Matthew Ridgeway. When we visited their showroom, Dave was able to complete a design based on the measurements provided so when I left that day I had much more information than I expected on the initial consultation. It was also very helpful that Ambry has a showroom and factory right here in Largo and we were able to see all their products. Best of all , there was no-pressure to buy on the spot. We had an installation date within 2 weeks of the consultation. Matthew Ridgeway completed the installation in about 3 hours. He was ultra-polite, very professional and his work was stellar. We could not have had a more positive experience from beginning to end and the closet is more beautiful than I expected."
