"Excellent service! The front desk reception was very friendly and efficient. Took their time to verify our insurance and make sure we did not have a co-pay. Julius was funny and friendly while taking my son's vitals. The Dr. came in and quickly accessed my son had an earache and called in a RX immediately to our local pharmacy. He was very personable and thorough. We have always used this as our walk in clinic while we stay on Anna Maria and will continue to do so with the new owner. It's a nice local clinic with quicker service than bigger walk in clinics and the Dr actually listens to you. Thank You!"

"Came in for possible broken ribs after a fall. 3 and half hours, 1 x-ray and a $70 copay later Dr. had no idea why my ribs are clicking each time I take a breath. Came home and was speaking with a friend when I mentioned what was going on. Told him once the x-rays came back clear I asked why the clicking then? Doctor said he had no idea but would give me muscle relaxants and something for the pain (I declined both). My friend used to be an MMA fighter and said he thought he broke ribs many times but didn't and also had the clicking. He said it is most likely the cartilage around my ribs that was damaged causing the clicking if the x-rays came back clear of any breaks. My question is why a 54 year old doctor didn't tell me that and my non doctor friend did? I'm going on a long road trip and came in to urgent care for peace of mind that I didn't get. Not even a guess or concern that my ribs click with every breath I take. All the support staff were very nice. Front desk employee apologized for them being swamped, not her fault accidents happen that's what Urgent Care is for. Even though it was crazy busy she remained professional and courteous. Intake person same thing, they were very busy but he remained friendly and professional and same with the x-ray tech, they were just all lovely. Doctor was not. I would not return to this location. As nice as the support staff was I needed medical help that ultimately I got from a friend instead of from the doctor I paid money to see. Didn't want to give a 1 star review so I gave a star for each stellar employee. A place is only as good as it's weakest link and I feel like the Doctor could have done much better."

"I needed to use the clinic today. The staff is very nice and I really liked Dr Espinel. He is very friendly and took his time with his diagnosis. I did not feel like he was rushing to get out of the room. I definitely recommend using this clinic if you need medical help."
