"Excellent service professionally handled from the time u enter thru administration right into the care of the upstairs nurses while I had a colonoscopy done! Appreciated every aspect of the procedure all the way to taking u downstairs in wheelchair to your pick up!"

"I had a biopsy done at this facility and was a horrific experience. I don't understand why I was told to do a diagnosis mammogram when they put me through another mammogram. It's all unnecessary radiation. Not only that the doctor did more pictures when she couldn't see the site.The technician dragged my breast like a piece of meat. I don't think bresst biopsy should be done sitting up. It's the most uncomfortable feeling, especially when it wasn't done on time. The biopsy itself was horrible because lidocaine didn't work. I work in the health field and believe wholeheartedly about sterilization. When a doctor put on PPE equipment, not supposed to leave the area, go mingle with staff at the mammogram machine and come back without changing the gown and gloves. Instructing patients not to take off the dirty, bloody scripts for 5 to 7 days not good.That alone will cause an infection. Patients should be given supplies to change dressing if well saturated and dirty to prevent infection. Last but not least,, customer services.When a procedure is done, the nurse from the facility, outpatient or not, suppose to do a postoperative check on the patient. Atleast the second or third day. I didn't get a preoperative or postoperative call. That's not good customer service. Remember the elderly patients or those with disabilities who will not be able to sit up for two hours.This procedure should only be done lying on a table in a hospital!!!"

"Arrived early. Kiosk check in, easy if you read the instructions. Comfortable waiting area. Seen ontime, had to do x-ray so it took a little longer than normal. Lots of parking in front, don't park in back, that entrance is for employees and you will have to walk around to the front to enter."

"Seen by Gastro doctor who seemed to care very little about my well being. Wanted to order lots of expensive tests. Rather than listening to my concerns- not everyone is textbook. Waste of my time and money. I went to Gastro Health and did a simple breath test for H Pylori. Which Dr. Francis never mentioned. I got the treatment for H. Pylori and care I needed at Gastro Health, Dr. Ernstoff is great. Cleveland clinic is so puffed up, not impressed AT ALL"

The staff are kind, compassionate, organized and overall my appointment could not have gone smoother. If I could give 10 stars I would. Both my nurse and doctor were so patient and answered all my questions and asked all the right questions. I felt so taken care of and this was truly the first time in my 37 years I had a gyn that made me feel this way. My doctor was Dr. Danielle Rice for anyone else searching for an absolute calming and caring experience."
