"This place is so unprofessional!! I work in the medical field and I know how to be professional and I had an appointment which I had to cancel, so I did and called to cancel and weeks later I get a bill for no showing, unbelievable, I been calling billing non stop and they never answer. Finally speak to someone at front desk and they put me on hold and then hangs up. Point of this if you guys see it, your not getting paid for a no show bill when I canceled my appointment, it's not my fault it's not noted in your system, get efficient workers then"

They were very cordial, knowledgeable and helpful overall. I've had to change primary care providers in Clearwater 3 times, and Sandbay Clearwater seems to be one of the best in the area. I experienced a billing issue with Sandbay last time I came in. I was able to talk to the assistant manager, Danielle and she was able to resolve the issue in an instant. Danielle was extremely professional and very respectful. Congratulations to the staff at Sandbay Clearwater location for the great work they're doing."
