"I ORDERED TONIGHT A BLACK KID NAMED ERAA HE SAID HE WAS THE MANAGER A HEAVY SET KID HE WAS VERY ANGRY WHEN I ASKED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER WHEN MY PIZZA GOT HERE IT WAS A MED PIZZA SO DRY AND THE CHEESE TOPPINGS AND EVERYTHING THING WAS IN THE MIDDLE IT WAS SO MUCH CRUST IT WAS ASHAME SO I TOOK IT BACK HE PROCEEDED TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY BUT I ASKED FOR A REMAKE HE THEN WENT INTO THE KITCHEN AFTER DEALING WITH MONEY((( DIDNT WASH HIS HANDS))) GRABBED THE CLEAR BUCKET OF CHICKEN AND STUCK HIS HANDS RIGHT IN THE BOWL OF CHICKEN I ASKED WHY WASNT THERE GLOVES ON HIS HANDS HE AND THE KITCHEN HELP SAID WE DONT WEAR GLOVES HERE AT THAT POINT I ASKED FOR MY CASH BACK THATS UNSANITARY I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO THE HIGHER OFFICE THIS IS SAD"

"I called the store today and Charles helped me. For some reason my order routed to Florida but live in California and he was so helpful getting it voided for me and provided me with the correct number to place new order. Charles was so generous and helpful!"

"Papa John is our favorite pizza restaurant. The delivery service is awesome. The food is always fresh and delicious. Even the wings are great. When I'm having a rough week or needing a cheat day, we ordered Papa John because we appreciate the hard work the staff provides."

"Completely unsatisfied I don’t know where to begin. Customer service is horrible. This location have trouble reading tickets correctly. I ORDERED A LARGE crispy PARM pizza wait time was 48 mins just for me to get it and it’s not right. PRESENTATION IS HORRENDOUS just slack.Manager sound like a emo robot very dry and nonchalant. He told me he was going to remake it and send it out he said it should be about a hour….just to get a call back with him asking for the wrong person …that he sworn he said the right name (take accountability) just for me to tell him he has the wrong number….I continue to wait and grab my phone just to see when was the last time I called him because it’s been a while just to find out that was Papa John’s manager calling me back to confirm the ticket on the box….He then says we gave you the correct pizza a NY style pizza wouldn’t fit in that size box… wtf… soooooo you’re not remaking it ….cool I’ll just take a refund…….just clean house and hope for a better new hires because that night crew is trash. How did you get to be a manager Jacksonville is really desperate for workers it’s sad….I gave this place too many chances and too much of my money never again."

"Ordered for delivery, 1 Large pepperoni, spicy sausage, and onion pizza. What showed up was Half of the toppings I ordered and half every topping in the store with a slice missing. So not only did this location completely mess up the order, which OK that can happen… BUT with a slice missing is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve included the photo of how the pizza looked upon opening the box. You can see whomever from this location tried to “hide” that they had removed a slice."
