Pizza Hut

"I picked up my pizza to go. The location has parking. Inside there is a screen that displayed when my pizza would be ready. It was done on time. Staff was good. Interior looked clean."

"Literally every time I've ordered from this Pizza Hut, I didn't receive the entire order. One time, they left out a 2 liter drink. The driver offered to bring it back out. About an hour later, I called the store to check on it. After sitting on hold for about 15 minutes, they told me they'd send it out immediately. Another hour passed, still nothing. Never got the drink, or a refund for it. Next order, they left out 4 20 oz drinks. I didn't bother calling the store, I just went up there and got them despite paying a decent tip and delivery fee. Most recent [ and final ] order- they left out the bread sticks, which was the only thing my sick son wanted to eat. This Pizza Hut location seriously sucks. I'll never order here again. The food isn't that great anyway, and they owe me money that I'll never see. Papa Johns costs the same, tastes better, and barely ever leaves out an ordered Item. And if they do- they make it right instead of just taking your money and never giving you your stuff. Pizza Hut can get F'd."

"Just goes to show, don't throw someone under the bus because you had a bad experience! I received my pizza before and it wasn't done all the way. But how was one to know? My pizza I received last night, was one of the best I believe I've ever had! Delicious!"

"A favorite of mine since childhood. I don't know if I am the only one who misses sit-down dinners with family and friends at The Hut, but I do. The anticipation of fresh pizza, red plastic cups & pitchers of coke being passed around the table. Salad bar was amazing as well, but the best part was when your pizza came to the table. Piping hot pan being held with pliers & plopped up on the pizza stand. The cheese pull on that first slice was glorious. The crust could not be beat & eating it fresh out of the oven, although it burned your mouth every time, was so satisfying. I am grateful to have experienced it, and I am happy to say that I still love the pizza without the experience. I do kinda wish they'd bring back the sitdown spots. For now, we'll live with the takeout."

"Having a pizza arrived like this with dried up Pizza sauce is unpleasant, than being told a delivery time frame and not getting your pizza until two hours after you order that is a issue because lunch breaks don’t last all day. After 1hour and 30 minutes I tried calling back to cancel the order altogether as I was waiting for the phone to get picked up after waiting for an answer after 45 min I hung up."
