Five Star Pizza

"Last time I had a coupon literally mailed to me that said “$10 off any order” it had no bar code and no online code, ok whatever I handed it to my driver no problem and went about my day right? So I get a Christmas card from my local five star that I’ll attach in the pictures that says “$12 off NO STRINGS ATTACHED” and like my last one I thought there was no online code (you’ll see how tiny and unnoticeable it is in the picture) so I order my food the SAME way and set my money aside like I did last time. The delivery driver gets here (wanna clarify I’m actually not mad at the delivery driver but another person I’ll mention) and he’s saying how he doesn’t think he can do that but he’ll call the store to check and the person he called said how you had to call the store before they leave (which honestly doesn’t make sense since I’m paying cash and my order isn’t even finalized until the delivery driver gets back) and how they couldn’t accept it. Like I’m sorry lol so there are strings attached? I’m literally disabled and don’t drive and I’m lucky I had more cash on me. It’s honestly ridiculous because of the false advertisement and management that was on duty that night in my opinion. Pepperoni rolls were bomb though lol"

"Absolutely love this place! They even have massive pizzas! The staff is always kind and helpful! Amazing food and the shop is always clean, plus they stay open late. I highly recommend at least going one time!"

"My boyfriend called to place a delivery order and we live 10 minutes away from the “restaurant” they said they don’t deliver ten minutes down the road from them…? The women told us to place an order through doordash or Uber eats which we would have to wait for our food to be picked up and then delivered and drove to us. If we wanted to order through doordash we would’ve, it’s confusing how you have a pizza place offering delivery but don’t deliver TEN minutes away. Just don’t adversative for delivery if you can’t deliver it’s very simple. We’re only ten minutes away. We don’t need to be suggested to go to other places by rude associates when we obviously wanted it delivered from the resultant ten minutes away therefore it would be fresh. Not waiting for someone to pick it up and then drive to us."

"I'm be honest me and a friend walked in. So this was my first time in this location. The smell in that place was so bad we walked back out and went to biggie pizza. So I don't know if the owner cares because they was definitely busy. But that a big no for me. SMELL AND CLEANLINESS is a reflection of who is making your food. . So I won't ever try this place ."

"This used to be my favorite pizza place, but they have completely lost my confidence with the most absurd series of screw-ups with my latest order. This isn't the first time they've messed up my order, but this was just ridiculous. Upon pickup, I realized one of the pizzas was completely wrong, so they offered to remake it. Several side orders were also missing. "No big deal, I thought." So I waited. About a half an hour later, I checked on the progress and only then did they realize that nobody had ever even started making it. This was not even a busy time. Moreover, the garlic rolls that had been present at time of pickup were now somehow missing. Also the missing sides were still missing (at least putting some sauces and peppers in cups could quickly be completed after being reminded about it, but the rest could not). Already running very late, I decided to just cut my losses. So I ended up leaving with even less than I had when I arrived, and what I did leave with was stone cold by the time I got home, all because I took them up on their offer to correct the original mistake. I am not ordinarily one to leave negative reviews. In fact this is the first negative review I've ever posted about a restaurant or any business...but this was inexcusably poor service. I've given this place a ton of business over the last several years because I absolutely loved it, so watching such a marked slide in competence is most disheartening. I feel that others deserve a fair warning so they don't risk having the same experience."
