"Apparently the Normandy Blvd store doesn't care about getting deliveries correct. I ordered two pizzas and an order of breadstix. I got one correct pizza, one incorrect pizza, and no breadstix. Delivery driver (Door Dash) says to call the store. The store shifts calls to a call center who can't help. App times out before I can complete the complaint form. Call center suggests going to store in person because the store doesn't answer their calls either. Pizza was good but incorrect."

"The order was done online, but when we arrived 20 minutes later, they hadn't even started making the food yet. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. The quality wad so- so. It used to be better. I was not very impressed."

"This Pizza Hut is pretty consistent in having great pizza and pasta. I would skip the donut bites as they have almost zero flavor and taste burnt even though they are not, definitely not worth the price. But the double chocolate brownie is really good. That’s really my only complaint. Rewards in the app are great, I get a free pizza or other item occasionally and the app is easy to navigate."
