"Perscribed medication, never sent script, then refused to “send” “resend” script without another visit and blamed the pharmacy. Paid 500$ to have my daughter seen at the ER for a viral infection with fever that wouldn’t go away. They ordered a prescription for her and never sent it. Scripts are valid for a year. They told me to finish the pediatricians script and continue with theirs after. Walgreens never received it, Wolfsons claimed they sent it and won’t resend it regardless because it had been more than 4 days since we had been seen and claimed that Walgreens had gotten rid of the script. Walgreens explained that is not their protocol at all and will hold a script for a year and they just never sent it. So 500$ later I can’t treat my child as directed by the ER physician and they aren’t willing to send the script they offered in the first place. Basically stealing. Thanks."

"If you’re looking for a hospital, that will take great care of your baby, I would go here. The nurses took amazing care of my baby girl. Wolfson’s is always my go to, you can tell they’re passionate about helping our little ones and they already have my baby girl feeling better. I felt that I was finally listened to after being ignored by other doctors, all of my issues were addressed with lots of TLC. You guys have an amazing team and keep up the good work. Thank you for everything thing you do."

"I would give no stars if I could. Terrible experience & unpleasant staff. I took my 5 yo because his thumb accidentally got closed in door at school. I wanted to take him to an urgent care, but unfortunately they did not have imaging at the time & said go to ER. We arrived before 4pm & barely anyone was there. We get checked in at front desk & soon after get brought back for vitals & they give him some ibuprofen & send us back to lobby to wait for a room. We wait 30-45 minutes & go back. We wait some more & they come take x-ray & proceed to say doctor will be in roughly 30 mins to 1hr. An hr goes by & nothing. Eventually a nurse comes in to see what they could do for us & I am irritated at this point & said to be seen by doc. She tells me an emergency came in that required the whole hospital. I said ok so is there an ETA at least? She said no & offered him a snack. She comes back with the snack & I ask why no one has even bothered to clean up his thumb as it was pretty gnarly towards the nail bed & was bleeding earlier. She said nothing would be done until provider comes in…Now I am more irritated. More time goes by, they never come in to periodically check on him at all. I ask again if there is an ETA & told no. The floor was quiet from roughly 630pm-8pm. 8pm was the last time I left the room for ETA & was still told no while I look around & it’s silent. I said what do I need to do to leave (because at this time he was moving his thumb around fine). Instead of her making any attempt for us to stay & mention we want to care for your son she just says “you have already been triaged so you will be billed”. So instead of saying you want to care for my son you say we are going to be getting money from you anyway for our terrible service or rather lack of service. That was the last straw for me & we left at 8pm after being there over 4 hrs. Over 4 hrs & we got ibuprofen & x-ray with no one telling us the result of the x-ray. I call this morning to ask are going to get results & was told since you left AMA we don’t give you results. What? Isn’t the hospital liable. That’s what I was told anyway if they do a test & heaven forbid something happens to the patient they are liable. I ask why I never got a link to have son in MyBaptist Chart. She tells me you don’t get a link until you are discharged which is incorrect as I have been to ER myself & it’s sent right away when checked in & I was getting the results as I was sitting in my room waiting for doc to come in so I knew my results before he came to even tell me. She tells me she can transfer me to another dept that handles the app & maybe they can get me access & maybe the results are in there. The girl I was transferred to was so nice & got my son added to profile in less than a minute & what do you think was there? The RESULTS. Which were signed & finished at 6:06pm!!! Stating no fracture, alignment normal & just soft tissue swelling. So you mean to tell me the results were there at 6:06pm & you just leave us sitting there in the room???? Had I been given app access like I was I would have left earlier. I understand we are going to get a bill for being “triaged” but I better not be getting a bill for “provider” as ZERO docs came in to see or care for him & no one was checking in on him. No care was provided other than an x-ray given. I will be prepared when I see that come through on my Aetna & will handle accordingly. Do NOT go here unless your child is on brink of death or they will not care. Telling me “you have been triaged & will be billed anyway” instead of making some effort to say you want the child to be cared for & then being told “you don’t get results because you left” Even though you took the x-rays is just wild to me! Wish I would have waited to see thumb was acting ok and do urgent care next day. The people checking you in & taking your insurance were just happy as a clam. The people that actually do the CARING for your child, no so much. Avoid this place if you can & really assess if you can go to your pediatrician or urgent care instead."

"Wonderful, engaged, experienced staff! From Michelle at the front desk, to the nurses Danielle and Amber, the RN April, and finally to our AMAZING Doctor, Dr. Brown, thank you all! One of the worst, most stressful events in anyone's life (sick child) was made so much easier by these amazing professionals, all of whom had excellent bedside manner. Thank you for being there for our family in our time of need!"

"Do not take your kids here unless it’s a life threatening emergency. I brought my new born here because his resting heart rate was a tad slower and we needed a second opinion. They immediately spinal tapped him and pumped him with antibiotics even though he had no fever, and his blood work was perfect. On top of that they couldn’t even get any spinal fluid!!! They tried a catheter twice and couldn’t get any urine. They made us get transferred downtown where the doctors were beyond confused why they treated my baby this way and gave him so much unneeded treatment. Oh I know why, because I had a homebirth. Do NOT go here!!!!!!!"
