"Don’t move here the new management don’t value there residents. They are hiring careless maintenance technicians that are very lazy and hide behind buildings using company time instead of completing work orders. They don’t knock before entering residents homes. Don’t complete emergency work orders or respond to calls at a reasonable time, housekeeping for grounds and stairwell is unsatisfactory. Security is never out monitoring the complex. There is never any residents parking because visitors are always in our parking area. It use to be descent to live here. Now it’s just over priced dump. “ The only good thing is it’s in a convenient are. Near shopping plaza,fast food restaurant’s,grocery store,schools,churches and public transportation. I will suggest to come tour the area and ask residents their opinion in living here. Good luck on your home journey."
"Roaches everywhere. Trash maintenance. Literally everyone steals your packages. Trash over flows from the dumpster. The kids constantly make messess and deface the property. To make things worse you will be surrounded by ugly people. DO NOT COME HERE!!"
