"I was looking for help. True, my initial search was for outpatient drug and mental health rehab but I was willing to find out about other options. After running through them very quickly on the phone, Geraldo suggested that I go to an AA or NA meeting. When I said those meetings didn't work for me, he said that meant that I wasn't ready to quit. It's taken me so long to get far enough to ask for help and I feel totally dismissed. Maybe they can get someone more sensitive and caring on the phone. This man was cold and discouraging."
