"I've never really cared for Harmony and their mechanical robotic tones and treatment of their guest/crop of money.....my expirence today was the last straw. An associate called me in an attempt to collect a debt. While I was trying to obtain my credit card to pay my boyfriend began to brutally beat me, the harmony refused to call for help unless I took care of the bill first. I continued to beg for help while a pipe was used to beat my head in and still she refused, and I passed out. I suggest no one use their murder condoning services."
"1st time in over 10 yrs I have had a Dr on time. The staff was also very nice. Dr Lowry was attentive and listened which is not easy the way I talk. I wish I had known about her long, long ago. I would recommend in a heartbeat! Very happy to be with a Dr who cares. I thought that would never happen."
"The doctors and staff are phenomenal, however, much is left to be said about the outsourced individuals who make the appointments and do the billing and invoicing. I have not had any good experiences with them. It seems that there is no communication between departments wherever their cognizant center is located overseas, because I keep having to make calls to clear up billing matters. On top of that, I have to repeat myself over and over to the individual I am speaking to, as there seems to be quite a language barrier. This cannot happen, especially in this type of medical field due to some of the special circumstances that patients may be of need in. I am hoping that you will consider this and bring this matter to the forefront."
