"PROS: Upon our arrival, the valet parking process was seamless, and the attendant was courteous, providing a smooth start to our visit. Highlighted aspects for me include Location, Balcony View, the facilities inside the apartment, and the Parking Valet Service. CONS: Unfortunately at check-in time, the interaction with the front desk staff was far from satisfactory. The attendant displayed an unwelcoming demeanor, neglecting to offer basic greetings or eye contact. Rather than providing helpful information initially, she focused on detailing restrictions and penalties, which made us feel undervalued as guests. We were surprised to learn about the limitations of beach amenities. Despite paying a resort fee for a two-bedroom apartment accommodating three guests, we were informed that we were limited to only two beach chairs and four towels. This restriction was not mentioned at the time of booking, a detail that would have influenced our preparations. Using the elevators proved chaotic, with only three functioning in the forty-story building. The wait times to reach the lobby were excessively long. Adding to the frustration, building crew members, laden with equipment, disregarded guests, including those with infants, as they nonchalantly used the same elevators without consideration. The day before check-in I received instructions, restrictions and penalties, and information supplies. In the information supplies disregarded how much you paid, was mentioned they provide only one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one soap, and one shampoo and I was told you may go to one of the nearby grocery stores to buy anything you need for the rest of your vacation (Which I really didn't know it:)). I was charged $150 for cleaning service which I have never received this service during our 4 nights stay. The only response to our call to the Booking customer service and a prolonged chat with the host resulted in the delivery of an additional bath towel!"

"Just booked a night for my husband’s birthday and although the hotel is ocean front and the rooms are great with amazing view I can not say the same about their customer service and all the rules they have. I’ll start by saying that you can’t drink by the pool, not even when you order drinks from them or if you have a sealed cup. You are still ask to step outside the pool. They charge an administration fee that was never disclosed at the time of booking and they charge taxes on every single thing separate which seems ridiculous. The rate per night, plus admin fee, 13% taxes, resort fee of $35, parking fee of $35 and on top of that a 14% cleaning fee and again all of this is taxed separate!!! Elevators here are a big issue too, since it’s a residencial resort there is only 3 working elevators and they take forever. Last but not least, customer service…hotel staff it’s not very polite. We asked if there was complementary water on the room and advised that our AC was not working and temperature was at 78 and the front desk gave us such a nasty attitude. By the pool they took forever to bring us a menu and there was left over food and drinks every where. For sure not staying here again. Had to edit this review to also mention that the pool closes at 6pm and there is no water preassure at all in the shower so good luck taking a shower. Also came back from dinner to our room being at 78. The guy who came in to fix it from maintance was very nice and mentioned it had to be properly clean, it was full of water."

"Well this was extremely disappointing. It is advertised as a resort but there is not housekeeping and no in-room dinning even though the welcome binder isn’t eh room says otherwise. We got to the hotel late with a 3 month old baby hoping to be able to order room service but no one would accommodate. Oh and the beach is under construction also! Should not be advertised as a resort :( Update: We’ve been here 2 days now and thing a are worse. We tried to book housekeeping for the next day and they said that wasn’t possible and we could only get it the following day it were leaving. My key hasn’t worked since we got here and I’ve gone to fix it twice so I keep getting trapped in the elevator with my screaming baby. No one can help me because each key is programmed to a specific floor and so we can’t even go see our friends staying in the same hotel. We ran out of garbage bags and toilet paper that are not replenished since there is no housekeeping and when we asked twice they didn’t bring it. Tried to speak to the manager and of course no where to be found for 3 days. People at front desk are very nice and try to help but you can see that we are not the first people to complain and they are justifiably tired of being the ones hearing all the complaints and they can’t do anything about it. To the regional manager we are still here so feel free to make THIS stay more positive instead of sending that generic response."

"My first family vacation, we are all amazed. Every room was wonderful but I was obsessed with mine in particular! Every room had ton of dish-ware to choose from, gorgeous layout of the room, I was absolutely in love with all the wall art..modern and designer! I felt very safe there, staff was all very kind and welcoming. Pools are beyond clean and drinks are very tasty! I loved having a washer and dryer that’s gentle with your clothes. Enough towels, shampoo and conditioner..plenty of ice in the freezer. Chairs were always available at the beach. I loved that I had a robe in the room since I prefer one after shower! Blow drier was powerful and gentle..since I didn’t bring mine it was a life saver. Thank you for the wonderful experience! If my brother didn’t suggest it I would never have known about it!"
