"Not impressed. Smelled like weed, fried fish in oil and the woman two doors down was yelling on her cell phone the entire 45 minutes I was there. No internet. Hollywood is pretty run down. Owner does not always respond. I left and they refused me a refund of any sort."

"I really loved my stay there. It’s close to all the restaurants. 2 min walk from the broad walk. The place was nice and clean. Had a fridge which was useful cause I had a baby with me. The street was quiet and we felt very safe. The communication and overall service was wonderful."
"The room was clean and very nice. Need some updates but perfect for a weekend getaway. The owners are very nice and helpful for any situation. And the beach is a very short walk away!"
"The only things this place has is Location. I emailed a week before our stay and i was told we could drop off our luggage before our 4pm checking in (we arrived at 2:30), on arrival our room was locked (key code didn't work) and we couldn't do so. The door was finally opened at 3pm for the cleaning service and upon access we found a intoxicated man on the bed. Great start to our vacation. Be aware that the owner and the family live in apartment 7 and are always around, we couldn't even enjoy the patio because there was always someone out there, it was very uncomfortable. A.C. didn't work (i didn't even bother to say anything) bed is uncomfortable, walls are all plastered and full of nick's, shower tub paint chipping. Will not stay again nor recommend to anyone. EDIT!! BE CAREFUL FOR THE FAKE REVIEWS 10 5-STAR REVIEWS WERE POSTED A FEW HOURS AFTER I POSTED MY NEGATIVE REVIEW. THE ONE BEFORE MINE WAS A MONTH APART! I CAN 100% ASSURE YOU THERE WAS NOT THAT MANY PEOPLE THERE WHEN I STAYED THE WEEK AND THE ONES THAT DID ALL HAD ISSUES! JUST LOOK AT 10 REVIEWS FROM ON A 1 DAY RANGE. GUY IS A TOTAL SCAM ARTIST!!!"
