"After I got inside it was wonderful however my appointment was at 8. I was told to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment. I arrived at 745 to locked doors since they do not open until 8. Please change your verbage for those with 8 o'clock appointments so they are not waiting around outside. There were 3 of us that day."

They don't even look up at you from their phone or computer. This also reflects strongly on management. I was very impressed.
