"I went in for a skin prick allergy test and I have chronic POTS Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome with possible Mast Cell Activation Syndrome which is causing me to have odd allergies and reactions to certain things. Morgan DelVecchio (the doctor) was so kind, willing to listen to my concerns and made me feel comfortable during the test. Her staff were also very kind, patient and accommodating. I’m looking forward to starting my allergy shots treatment plan to hopefully get some long term relief. The office was extremely clean and pleasant as well!"

"I have had a wonderful experience with the staff here! They all go above and beyond! When I walked in, Shantel was very helpful and informative and kind! Then Jakesha, the MA, took care of me during my visit and was nice as well! Morgan, the PA-C, was excellent too and took care of my concerns and treated me accordingly to where I feel much better now! They are all willing to communicate with you and always answer phones and emails in a timely manner! The reviews about Shantel do not reflect her at all and seem fake so I would not believe the one star reviews about her as they also seem like they are harassing and bullying her! Those reviews should be taken down! I recommend this clinic highly for your allergy, sinus, asthma, eczema/hives needs!"

"I have been a patient of this clinic and the staff are excellent! Shantel has always been professional, helpful, and courteous and the reviews I have been reading do not reflect her at all You can tell one patient did not have the experience they had hoped for and was not prepared on their end The rest of the one star reviews mentioning her name do not appear as patients that go to this clinic and appear as harassment and bullying Shantel does not deserve that Morgan and Jakesha have always been pleasant as well I highly recommend this clinic and do not believe the one star reviews you read"

"When I came to this office 3 years ago I had left my previous allergist on poor terms. I was delighted with the welcoming nature and informative staff of aspire allergy at this location. The first nurse I had the pleasure of meeting was Shantel. Shantel was professional, informative, and accommodating of my needs as a patient. I was able to schedule all of my appointments within reasonable time, and begin treatment quickly. I’ve been extremely grateful for each and every one of the staff members. I refer anyone having allergy problems in Seminole county to this location."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came there with an appointment and sat in the patient room for over 30 minutes because they were NOW trying to contact my insurance company (which I provided on the online portal prior to my appointment-to be specific one week ago). In addition the other workers were just giggling and having conversations in the other room. After waiting, one of the workers asked me very vague questions regarding myself which I did not know were regarding my insurance and tells me that I am not covered, which I know I am because I myself made sure I was before I booked the appointment. As I try to explain to them that they have the wrong information. I told them I will not pay out of pocket knowing that my insurance covers this. The front desk receptionist SHANTEL COLON, was extremely dismissive and seemed as if she did not want to even communicate the issue with me. She already was eating snacks and on her phone at the desk. It seemed as if I was intruding on her “personal time”. ( this was a morning appointment by the way) .I myself went to call my insurance and tried to have them talk with each other so the office understands my benefits (again this is something that is unprofessional). Ms. Colon did not want to even want to talk to the insurance representative even though they are trying to explain to her that the information she “highly believes is correct” is not in fact correct. In response to her openly disrespecting the insurance representative and myself, the other staff members came to the front and watched her disrespect me and said nothing. I will highly recommend you either go to another location or try a different allergy and sinus corporation/office. From even prior reviews it seems as if they want to get as much money from you out of pocket. They need to hire a new receptionist because when you enter into an office, they are the face of your business, and Ms. Colon is very disrespectful and very rude!"
