"Dr Martin and his staff are great. Appointments have always started on time and the amount of detail and effort was amazing. I want to personally give approbation to Lawrin Grimes my Hygienist, she was nothing short of amazing. She made the entire process as comfortable as possible for me. ASK FOR HER IF you are a new patient. Also, the receptionist Paige, makes everything seamless and she's always super nice when i visit. (I never write reviews, but Lawrin, and Paigie both deserve this!)"
"When I first arrived they had a problem with my identification and could not accept my insurance. But after the Manager looked into it, she was able to get me approved. The staff was absolutely wonderful. I'm so happy that Dr Martin is now my dentist"
"I want to start by saying that I feel terrible giving this establishment a two star review with how good the dentist and his hygienists are. Dr. Martin and his staff are amazing. They are always so sweet and gentle and have helped me not be so scared of the dentist. The front desk girl is nice and never seems rushed, my appointments have almost always been on time, and if it was only for that I would give a 5 star review. Sadly I don't know if I will be returning here. It is only because of Carrylynn. I believe she is the manager. There always seems to be something going on with her. Whether she is being rude to other customers, or being loud with her staff, or talking to other patients about their personal information so loud I could hear it from the lobby. I really want to keep coming here for the rest of it, but I just don't know how many more visits I can put up with this."
