"I waited over 45 min for a mask test that takes 5 min to complete, at a time where only 2 other people were in the waiting room. The one secretary that helped me left to go home and did not mention to the other secretary what I was waiting for, which I know because the secretary asked me what I was waiting for right before I was finally seen. The relief secretary was talking to another client/friend for at least 10 min from her desk before asking me what I was doing there. Prior to coming in for the test, I was told this would be a quick test I could walk in for, but I would recommend making an appointment if you have to come here."
"I got seen a lot quicker than expected. Staff was friendly enough. I came in with ruptured plantar fascia so being offered a ride in a wheel chair all the way down the long hallway would have been courteous and a whole lot less painful, rather than walking, barefoot, all the way to the x-ray room."
"I CAN'T say that I got RIGHT IN despite having to give a Urine sample as part of a drug screen and take a TB test. You would think that Urgent care clinics would give priority to clients needing to give Urine samples. There were others who were taken IN before me who arrived AFTER me and that's just WRONG. This clinic needs BETTER Organization. Perhaps NEXT time I will look into making an appointment."
