"I had to get some bloodwork done a couple of weeks ago, and this was my first visit to any Labcorp facility. I was greeted at the front desk by Debi, who was so friendly and helpful. I was called back really quickly, where the lovely Fee took my blood. I didn't feel a thing! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Thank you ladies, you are both wonderful, and I've already recommended this location to several people."
"The facility said they were open Monday-Friday from 6 am -2:30pm. It is now 6:20am & myself and 2 others have been standing outside now since 6:05am. I have called the facility to verify the hours and the recording says the same. I drove over here not feeling well to get labs done and no one has showed up. I’m unsure what is going on but this is absolutely not ok"
"Been here multiple times. Wait is about 15 min and the workers were always sweet and helpful. Not sure why this has a low rating- it’s my preferred place to go. Always been in and out with no issues. And my docs have my results faster than any other place."
"The check-in experience was efficient and allowed for walk-up appointments. Unfortunately, the phlebotomist's approach was problematic, repeatedly inserting and withdrawing the needle in an attempt to locate a vein. The experience was painful enough that my wife felt compelled to halt the procedure and request a new attempt in her other arm. Enhanced training in this department seems to be warranted."
