"My wife it’s a patient in this medical facility,she is very happy with the care and services provided by her doctor and nurse.. but unfortunately we have a real bad experience with the front desk , she was the last patient on the lobby, sit in there for 30 mins , I called my wife for the address to pick her up, because normally my daughter pick her up , I was in the phone with her, she was asking the front desk if anyone knows the address, I can here my wife trying to get the attention from the nurses in the reception area , none one knowledge her , I was able to hear the nurses talking in the reception desk , she told me they are ignoring me , all this time I’m on the phone with her , after 30 mins trying to get attention from them , finally someone reply … she’s in the wheelchair, unable to push herself … very confused and fighting cancer. How a person in the wheelchair can be sit in the lobby for an half hour my herself and none one even bathers to ask , are you ok , need assistance, how we can help you … this very unsatisfactory, as a medical facility/ business you failed .. Show more care for seniors , for the patient that need assistance . Medical Director for this clinic, please retrain you people in the reception area, create consciousness, they need to be more alert, and pay more attention to the patient in the lobby , specifically the one that needs assistance."

"The waiting room not set up AT ALL for someone in a wheelchair. The lower counter meant for people in chairs or with disabilities was blocked and when a patient in a chair mentioned she couldn't reach the clipboard to sign in, the staff did nothing to accommodate her. They didn't even acknowledge that she needed assistance, though they were sitting right there and clearly heard her. The lab tech in back, however, was amazing. She was very friendly, personable and confident. She did a great job and made my mother feel at ease."

"I have been with JSA Bloomingdale for many years, My nurse practitioner was Trice Lininger who has since retired. She was very thorough with all her examinations and care. My new Nurse Practitioner is Heather Leto. At first I was not sure about the change! However, after my first visit with her I think she is absolutely wonderful! I actually owe my life to her, literally! I cannot thank her enough for insisting that I see a Cardiologist and have tests done. She is wonderful! Give her a chance to get to know you. After all, she is taking on a handful of patients all at once! To R Peterson - I am a regular patient just like you! You have some nerve calling me a shill for JSA - You need to edit your review or I will contact my attorney and slap you with a libel suit!"
