"If you are looking for a dependable doctors office, this is not the place and I do not recommend. I’m new to Florida and became a patient back in October. My very first appointment was canceled. I was understanding in the beginning however, my appointments have been canceled several times in the short period of time that I’ve been a patient there. I have other medical needs that requires me to have referrals to specialist. This office has been unsuccessful with making sure that those needs are met, I reached out to Office staff several times they’ve told me that they sent the documents but information was not sent properly. It has been an ongoing issue with me not being able to see the orthopedic or the surgeons that I need to see. It has become a hassle to even get the medical treatment that I need. Especially when the appointments are steady being canceled and or rescheduled. I suggest that you find somewhere more dependable that’s concerning of your medical needs."

"Okay first off let me start with my boyfriend has type 2 diabetes and dealing with mental health problems and we were supposed have appointment Friday at 8:45 we waited around for a hour try calling to see why they didn’t call and they say ohh we tried calling blah blah blah I have no miss call and then asked they if they could just fill the medication he out of ohh no we have to talk to him before we can well I have now found new doctors cause this one just doesn’t care about their patients let alone know how to answer their phone or call for schedule appointments"

"I’ve been a patient here for over 2 years, the doctors/APRNs are nice but the front desk staff is snappy, rude and not helpful at all. I called the office today and I could tell I was on speaker while 2 different ladies spoke to me as I requested help finding a therapist that takes my insurance and is accepting new patients but the woman would not even let me finish my sentence, she kept repeating “call your insurance and they will send you a list” which I know how the process goes but the doctor I had my tele visit with today stated the ladies at the front desk would be more than happy to help me find a therapist who accepts my insurance and is taking new patients. I will be notifying my insurance of the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to tend to parients."

"This is the absolute WORST doctors office ever!!!! They never have a doctor available AT ALL! The doctors and nurses either quiting or not in. Can't even do a simple phone call or video. I saw so many doctors and nursing in and out here I can't even count . It's sad. Who wants to consistently have a different doctor or nurse. They charge your insurance company for visits that were never done. I don't know who owns this practice but this place needs to be shut down! Every time I turn around it's always something with them starting from last year. Not to mention they NEVER answer their phones! They also don't update their portal at all giving patients access to their medical reports. They can never keep consistent people working here I see why?!! Who wants to deal with this mess."

"Wow!!! Complete turn around from two months ago to now!! I was hesitant after reading reviews but man, the ladies at this office really succeeded my expectations. I called and got put in right away. I know they had staff changes and being patient really does go a long way. The dr was patient and kind as well, great bedside manners for sure. I left 100% satisfied!"
