"I hired Custom Design Renovations to build a pool screen enclosure. They completed the job and took payment for the job but never got any inspections and did not build the screen enclosure to code. The permit is now expired, and they will not answer or return any of my phone calls. Beyond unprofessional. I would urge anyone considering using this company to stay as far away as possible and go with a legitimate company."
"This company is top quality. They completely gutted and remodeled our kitchen and master bath and made sure that everything was up to code. They also took out another shower and put in a nw one. The workers were all hard working and knew what they were doing. Any questions or minor problems, I just called John-- the foreman and he'd come right over and get things taken care of.
