"Set up appt with John to set up cleaning service, he said he'd be by later in the week. This was on Monday and Friday no show and no call back. So I wasted a week waiting on this guy. A text saying he's not interested would have taken him 5 seconds and been the courteous thing to do"

"I contacted John yesterday to look at an issue with one of my pool jets. He was prompt and polite. He came out same day and provided me a quote and some advice over the phone. I approved the quote and asked him to schedule the work, which would have begun next week. Later that evening I get an email from John that stated “I still have an outstanding balance of $1080.95 from a liner installation in 2004, I will not do the repair until that is paid in full.”. I emailed him back and let him know that we did not own the house in 2004. I received no response or further communication from John. 2 things immediately come to mind.... How unorganized do you have to be to let an invoice remain outstanding for 15 years AND not have a name associated with said invoice? The bill clearly wasn’t ours, and this was just really poor form. Incredibly disappointing."

"I called All Clear Pool and Spa and spoke with John regarding some issues that I had with my hot tub. I knew immediately that John was trustworthy when he was trying to troubleshoot the problem over the phone so that I didn't have to spend extra money if it was something that I could handle myself. Unfortunately the problem persisted and John had to come out. He took his time and was very thorough and got my hot tub working again. I would recommend John to anyone who needs their pool or hot tub serviced. Great and honest guy!"
